สนใจเรียนต่อด้าน กฎหมาย ในสหราชอาณาจักร รู้ไว้ใช่ว่า มหาวิทยาลัยไหนที่ ก.ต.รับรอง
น้องๆ หลายคนอาจถามไถ่เกี่ยวกับการรับรองจาก ก.ต. ว่าจําเป็นไหมถ้าคิดจะเรียนด้าน กฎหมาย โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วมหาวิทยาลัยที่ ก.ต. รับรองนั้น หมายถึง มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีผู้สมัครสอบผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษาได้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ และ ก.ต.ได้รับรองว่าผู้สมัครผู้นั้นมีคุณสมบัติที่จะสอบเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษาได้ ดังนั้นหากคิดที่จะเรียน กฎหมาย ในสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อที่จะมาสอบเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษา ก็ควรตรวจสอบว่ามหาวิทยาลัยที่เราจะศึกษานั้นได้ผ่านการรับรองโดย ก.ต. แล้วหรือยัง
เเต่ถึงอย่างไรก็ตาม ในบางมหาวิทยาลัยที่ ก.ต. ยังไม่เคยรับรองนั้น ไม่ได้หมายความว่าผู้จบจากมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ จะขาดคุณสมบัติที่จะเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษา เพราะหาก ก.ต. ได้ให้ความเห็นชอบว่าผู้นั้นมีคุณสมบัติที่จะสอบก็เท่ากับว่า ก.ต. ได้รับรองมหาวิทยาลัยที่ผู้สมัครกำลังจะสำเร๊จการศึกษาด้วย โดยทั่วไป เหตุผลที่บางมหาวิทยาลัยแม้จะมีชื่อเสียง หรือมีหลักสูตร กฎหมาย ดีๆ แต่ยังไม่อยู่ในรายชื่อมหาวิทยาลัยที่ ก.ต. รับรอง ก็เพราะว่ามหาวิทยาลัยดังกล่าว ยังไม่มีผู้สมัครจำนวนมากพอที่จบการศึกษาแล้วมาสมัครสอบเข้าเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้ พิพากษา ทำให้ ก.ต. จึงยังไม่ได้พิจารณาหลักสูตรของมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ
