Victoria University of Wellington has three main campuses and the Miramar Creative Centre in Wellington and a premises in Auckland.
Kelburn campus
Kelburn campus is the largest and centrally located in Wellington city. Kelburn campus is a ten to fifteen minute walk up the hill from the city centre. The campus is on regular bus routes.
Pipitea campus
Pipitea is home of the Wellington School of Business and Government and the Faculty of Law. The campus includes Government Buildings and Rutherford House, and sits adjacent to Wellington’s railway station and bus terminus.
Te Aro campus
Cuba Quarter campus is the heart of Architecture and Design programmes. It’s located close to colourful Cuba Street with funky shops, cafés, and street life as well as supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.
Miramar Creative Centre
This Centre is for film making, game design, visual effects, exhibition design and multimedia design with teaching direct from the experts. The Miramar Creative Centre offers purpose-designed studio spaces, recording and editing suites, computer labs and a workshop. With the Centre’s state-of-the-art technology, you will explore the boundaries of digital creativity.
Auckland premises
The University offers some courses in education, business, and architecture and design innovation at the Auckland CBD premises. Adjoining Albert Park, it is only a short distance to Auckland’s main Queen Street.
