In response to the COVID-19 Situation, Hands On will be hosting an Online Seminar “UK Study Day” on Saturday 16th May 2020 at 13:00 – 15:00. You can fill the form to join our online seminar.
UK Study Day is open to all students interested in studying in the UK and will cover a range of topics to help you prepare for applying and going on to study a postgraduate course.
This session will be given entirely in Thai by a Hands On counsellor who has graduated from the UK.
Topics covered:
- The UK– its regions and its culture
- The education system– one year masters, the learning style and what you will learn
- How to apply– what documents you need and tips on how to write a great Statement of Purpose (SoP)
- Which university– what university is right for what students including what universities are popular in the UK
- Accommodation– different types of accommodation and what is best for you
We are also hoping to invite an alumna / alumnus to the event to share their experience about the UK and answer any questions students may have.
