Location: Silom (Head Office)
Working hours: Monday – Friday 10.00-18.00
Position summary:
Under the direction of Office Manager and Human Resources Manager provides support to the office and/or individuals in assigned area of responsibility. Typical responsibilities include answering telephones responding to inquiries via phone, in-person, or via email; routing calls to appropriate staff; performing records maintenance; sorting and distributing mail; running reports and performing other support functions as necessary.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative support:
- Coordinate and create office activities and operations.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Book and arrange meeting rooms as required.
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail shipments.
- Other task as assigned by Office Manager.
HR support:
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation on-boarding and training programs.
- Other task as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other equivalent field.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working in HR or Admin.
- Detail-oriented and Confidential.
