Our Admissions team perform a key role in recruiting high-quality students from around the globe to our international colleges throughout the UK. Every student that enters one of our programmes has to fulfil the entrance criteria (usually grades and transcripts from their high school education) and complete the many stages involved with obtaining their Tier 4 visa. As a team, Admissions take responsibility for student throughout this process which typically takes several months from start to finish.
Your key day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
- Ensure that all work undertaken follows agreed Admissions policies and procedures, in particular Tier 4 compliance regulations.
- Facilitate and participate in the issuing of offers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with team members and meet team objectives including service level agreements, outstanding customer service and high levels of accuracy.
- Utilise the student information system and ensure completeness and accuracy of student records.
- Develop a strong relationship with overseas team members as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake any additional Admissions related work within the nature of the role.
Candidate profile:
- No work permit and visa provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan work effectively under tight deadlines, under pressure and with competing priorities.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to learn independently and to master and apply new knowledge and skills quickly.
- Commitment to the highest standards of customer service
- Excellent team skills and the ability to work without close supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on one’s feet.
- Good oral, written and communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken.
- Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students.
- Excellent data entry, IT skills and competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods)
