Location: Silom (Head Office)
Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00
Responsibilities:
- Follow up prospective customers / enquirers. (Via telephone, LINE, email, etc…)
- Participate in education events with partner universities.
- To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers.
- Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK.
- Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers.
- Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK.
- Assisting with our marketing campaigns.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Counselling Manager, UK and General Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- No work permit and visa provided.
- Masters level degree from the UK. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Good oral, written and communication skills in both Thai and English. (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (essential)
- Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service. (essential)
- Ability to work on weekends during peak season. (essential)
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time. (essential)
- Experience working within the higher education industry. (advantage)
