Receptionist and Admissions Assistant (Sukhumvit Branch)

Location:  Sukhumvit Branch

Working hours:  This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

 

Responsibilities:

  • To handle and answer appropriately for incoming and outgoing calls as well as taking message and forward to the respective staffs or related department.
  • To welcome and greet visitors both Thai and Foreigner.
  • To receive and distribute mails or courier to relevant staffs.
  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc)
  • Assess student applications to determine suitability for our courses
  • Communicate with overseas, clients and partners by email, Skype and telephone.
  • May able to Participate in education events with partner universities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • No work permit and visa provided.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Good oral, written and communication skills in both Thai and English. (essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service. (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season. (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time. (essential)
  • Experience working within the higher education industry. (advantage)
