Location: Sukhumvit Branch
Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or
Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00
Responsibilities:
- Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc.…)
- Participate in education events with partner universities.
- To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers.
- Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
- Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
- Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
- Assisting with our marketing campaigns
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager and General Manager
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- No work permit and visa provided.
- Age Maximum 40 years.
- Masters level degree from the UK
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential)
- Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
- Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
- Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage)
(Fresh graduates are also welcome)
