พี่ Hands On ตอบ: มีค่ะ แต่มีจำนวนน้อย ในแต่ละปีจะมีไม่กี่มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีทุนการศึกษาแบบ 100% หรือ ทุนเต็มจำนวน และในแต่ละปีก็มีมหาวิทยาลัยที่ให้ทุนประเภทนี้แตกต่างกันไป รวมถึงแล้วแต่คณะด้วยค่ะ เช่น ปี 2024 นี้ BPP University มี A full-fee scholarship ทุนการศึกษาแบบเต็มจำนวนให้กับน้อง ๆ ที่สนใจเรียนต่อสาขา Business หรือ Technology เป็นต้น

พี่ Hands On ตอบ: ทุนการศึกษาจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยมีตั้งแต่ 1,000 ปอนด์ หรือกว่า 45,000 บาท ไปจนถึง ทุนเต็มจำนวนค่ะ แต่โดยส่วนใหญ่ทุนการศึกษาจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยจะอยู่ที่ระหว่าง 2,000 – 5,000 ปอนด์ หรือประมาณ 100,000 – 250,000 บาท ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นเงินที่เยอะพอสมควรค่ะ
ทั้งนี้โดยทั่วไปจะได้ทุนมากหรือน้อย ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยที่ส่วนใหญ่มักจะดูที่ผลการเรียนของน้อง ๆ จากการเรียนก่อนหน้า ยกตัวอย่างเช่น เรียนต่ออังกฤษในระดับปริญญาโท มหาวิทยาลัยใน UK จะพิจารณามอบทุนการศึกษาจากผลการเรียนในระดับปริญญาตรีของน้อง ๆ นั่นเอง

พี่ Hands On ตอบ: ทุนการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยได้ง่ายมากเมื่อเทียบกับทุนรัฐบาลค่ะ ต้องบอกว่าอัตราการแข่งขันในการขอรับทุนการศึกษาจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นต่ำกว่าการแข่งขันขอรับทุนจากทางรัฐบาลแน่นอน
ยกตัวอย่างเช่น บางครั้งทางมหาวิทยาลัยจะพิจารณามอบทุนการศึกษาให้น้อง ๆ โดยอัตโนมัติหากมีผลการเรียนหรือผลงานและโปรไฟล์ที่โดดเด่นตรงตามคุณสมบัติที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด หรือ บางครั้งมหาวิทยาลัยจะให้น้อง ๆ เขียนเรียงความประมาณ 500 – 1,000 คำ เพื่อขอรับทุนการศึกษา เป็นต้น
Q: เงื่อนไขหลัก ๆ ในการขอทุนการศึกษามีอะไรบ้าง?
พี่ Hands On ตอบ: น้อง ๆ จะต้องสมัครเรียนและให้ทางมหาวิทยาลัยใน UK ตอบรับเข้าเรียนต่อ (Offer Holder) ก่อนที่จะยื่นขอรับทุนการศึกษาจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยค่ะ
เมื่อน้อง ๆ ได้รับ Offer จากทางมหาวิทยาลัยเรียบร้อยแล้ว หลังจากนั้นพี่ ๆ Hands On จะช่วยดูแลและส่งข่าวเรื่องการขอรับทุนจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นลำดับต่อไปค่ะ
