Being an international student in one of the Russell Group Universities of England is such an honour in my life.  The campus is located in the heart of the city with only 10-15 minutes’ walk to the nearest shops and cultural attractions. Liverpool is now my second home. I have visited Liverpool many times and never get bored because in my perspective, Liverpool is compared to a melting pot which, with music, arts, culture, football and the original Scouse people, has been perfectly blended in one city.  Just over two hours away from the capital London, this capital of European culture as well as UNESCO World Heritage town has everything that I’m looking for such as brand name shops in Liverpool One, restaurants, historical Chinatown and a lot of fine Thai restaurants with affordable prices.

Besides, University of Liverpool has given me exactly the course that I’m looking for since it allows me to think and act on ideas rather than theoretical learning alone. The modules are interesting and strengthen my future career opportunities.

I have made the right choice. This was the only course that exactly met my needs. It has also given me the chance to learn and explore new cultures. I think this is an amazing life experience that I could never find if I had studied back in Thailand.

I used to work with DTAC before deciding to pursue this master degree. It had no impact with my career since I viewed that I wanted to gain more on marketing knowledge, improve English skill and explore the new culture.

The living cost in Liverpool is quite cheap. There are loads of cheap supermarkets as well as Chinese supermarkets where you can buy and supply cheap food. Even Liverpool is vibrant and  major city, there are great restaurants for you to dine out in affordable price. The campus is very close to city centre (10 minutes walk) so you won’t have to pay for transportation. I would suggest between £5,000 and £7,000 a year. The weather here is not too cold because our city has the long Mersey river ka, unlike Manchester or Leeds which will be more chilly. Last year we had few snow compared to other cities. Also The Liverpool Thai Society face book page is an open group forum so everyone is welcome and it is a useful source of information in addition to the international pages on the University website.
